The Whizin Spider wins the Austrian Futurity!

Our little Spider won the Austrian Futurity!

He won his first Lawson Trophy and we hope that many more will follow.

This Horse is such a nice guy. He feels in the show pen just the way he does at home.

What more can you wish for?

Of course I want to thank our trainer Vern Sapergia for training Spider and me, my mother for saving Spider from being sold and Mirko Baniari for starting Spider as a two year old.
And, last but not least, all of my friends that are always there for me, helping, crossing fingers and cheering!

Hang loose folks!

FIFTY LITTLE STEPS

On this picture you can see Finis famous dad Wimpys Little Step and Fini trying to look like Daddy!
Thanks to my friends Andy, Astrid and Gitti who helped me with the layout!
Fini is now an officially registered American Quarter Horse.
Her official name is Fifty Little Steps and her registration number is 5.168.783
I think the name really fits since it took at least fifty teeny tiny little steps to buy her mom and breed her to Wimpy.

The Whizin Spider slides again...

This pictures shows little Spider with our trainer Vern Sapergia.
We just took Spider to a show in Weikersdorf to see what he is like at a different place with horse show atmosphere.
Well, he was awesome like always. That is starting to scare me a little. (Just kidding) How can one little horse be so nice? He is never scared of anything and always willing to please.
I should have called him "The Coolest Spider" instead!

New pics!

It´s time for new pics of my sweet little Fini!

In two days I will be going to an AQHA show in Weikersdorf and show her brother Spirit in Halter.
We´ve been practicing for three (!) days already ;-)
I guess Spirit thinks it´s fun. Not a lot of work. Just standing around, positioning his legs and looking pretty... That´s easy and a lot more relaxing than doing fast circles and run downs!

I am also going to take my three year old "Spider" to the show but I am not going to show him yet. For halter he is not pretty enough (sorry Spider, but it´s the truth!) and for reining his spins need a lot more improvement...

So let´s hope that Spirit and I come back with a couple of Halter trophies!

Carol is in foal!

Thanks to our vet Dr. Rongits my dear Carol is in foal again. So next year she is going to have a Doctor Zip Nic foal which is going to be for sale by the way... Little Fini has grown a lot already and is teasing her mom all day long. It is hard to take good pictures of her now because she is so nosy and always comes so close to me.
God, I just love her!
